Bars of the same nominal diameter can perform differently depending on tolerance, roundness, straightness and length. We also review hardness, finish and automatic bar-feeding conditions. Heat treatment and inspection requirements are agreed during quotation.

JIS names are used as a reference. They do not automatically establish equivalence to other standards or certification. Agree the applicable standard, edition and product requirements before ordering.
H steels are structural steels supplied with a guaranteed hardenability band (Jominy test) under JIS G 4052 (KS D 3754 equivalent), used for gears, shafts and other parts that need consistent heat-treatment response.
